一、服务与适用范围 Service and scope

These Terms govern Guanming accounts, calculations, AI readings, chat and digital purchases supplied by Daotoday Pty Ltd. Read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. A separately identified practitioner or external service is subject to its own disclosed arrangement; no practitioner referral or result is promised.

本条款适用于 Daotoday Pty Ltd 提供的观命账户、排盘、AI解读、聊天及数字产品购买，并与隐私政策、退款政策一并阅读。另行明确标识的真人服务或外部服务以事先披露的安排为准；本平台不承诺命理师转介或服务结果。

Readings are AI-assisted cultural interpretations for self-reflection, learning and entertainment. Dao Xuan Yi is an AI system, not a human practitioner. Traditional interpretations are not scientifically established predictions. Outputs can be inaccurate or vary between generations.

解读是辅助自我了解、文化学习与娱乐的AI文化解释。道玄一是AI系统，不是真人命理师。传统解读不是经科学确立的预测；输出可能存在错误，不同生成结果也可能存在差异。

We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, psychological therapy, legal advice, financial product advice or emergency services. No reading guarantees health, longevity, exam results, wealth, relationship outcomes or protection from harm. Do not delay professional care, stop medication, trade investments or make major decisions on the basis of a reading. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services (000 in Australia).

我们不提供医疗诊断、治疗、心理治疗、法律意见、金融产品建议或紧急救援。不保证健康、寿命、考试、财富、感情结果或消灾避祸。不得因解读而延误就医、停药、买卖投资产品或作出重大决定；紧急危险请联系当地急救，澳洲拨000。

二、成人限定 Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use the personalised service, create or use an account, chat or purchase. We currently do not provide personalised readings about anyone under 18, including when requested by a parent, guardian or another adult. Parental consent is not an exception. Public legal and safety information remains accessible.

使用个性化服务、创建或使用账户、聊天或购买的用户须满18周岁。我们目前不接受关于未满18岁者的个性化解读，包括父母、监护人或其他成年人代为申请；监护人同意不构成例外。公开法律及安全信息仍可查阅。

Provide truthful eligibility and birth information. Do not use an adult’s account or false birth details to circumvent this policy. An age declaration is a statement by the user, not a guarantee that identity or age has been independently verified.

请如实声明资格并提供出生信息，不得借用成人账户或虚报生日绕过限制。年龄声明是使用者自行作出的陈述，不代表平台已独立核验身份或年龄。

If we reasonably suspect ineligibility, we may restrict personalised access while reviewing the matter. Contact support to request a review, data handling or a refund assessment. An age restriction does not automatically forfeit money already paid.

合理怀疑不符合资格时，我们可在核实期间限制个性化服务。您可联系客服申请复核、处理个人资料或评估退款；年龄限制不自动导致已付款被没收。

三、资料与安全使用 Information and acceptable use

Check the date, calendar, time zone, location and person selected before requesting a reading or paying. Corrections can change results. If you provide another adult’s data, you must have their informed permission or other lawful authority and explain how Guanming and its processors use it. Do not upload identity documents, payment credentials or unnecessary health or other sensitive information.

请求解读或付款前，请核对日期、历法、时区、地点和所选对象；修正输入可能改变结果。提交其他成年人的资料前，应取得其知情许可或其他合法授权，并说明观命及服务商如何处理资料。请勿上传身份证件、支付凭证密钥或不必要的健康等敏感信息。

Do not use the service for harassment, coercion, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, sexual exploitation, pornography, instructions promoting self-harm or violence, fraud or unlawful decisions about another person. Do not request readings about minors, bypass safety controls, access other accounts or overload the service. Protect your login details and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

不得利用服务进行骚扰、胁迫、歧视、非法监视、性剥削、色情内容、自伤或暴力指导、欺诈或侵害他人的决定；不得请求未成年人解读、绕过安全措施、访问他人账户或破坏服务。请保护登录资料并及时报告疑似盗用。

四、购买与交付 Purchases and delivery

Review the product, price, currency, billing period (if any), subject and delivery description at checkout. Only the displayed purchase is authorised; a recurring charge must be expressly identified before purchase. Payment providers may include Stripe and Airwallex. Their terms do not replace our obligations as supplier.

结账前请核对产品、价格、币种、计费周期（如有）、对象与交付说明。您授权的是页面显示的购买；任何循环扣款须在购买前明确说明。支付机构可能包括Stripe及Airwallex，其条款不替代本平台作为供应商的责任。

Generation may take time or fail. A payment confirmation alone is not proof that a report has been delivered. Delivery means the purchased report is available through the agreed channel. See the Refund Policy for non-delivery, defects, unauthorised payments and change-of-mind rules. Changes to products or prices apply prospectively and do not remove existing purchase rights.

生成可能耗时或失败；付款成功本身不等于报告已经交付，所购报告在约定渠道可取得才构成交付。未交付、缺陷、未经授权付款及改变心意的处理见退款政策。产品或价格调整面向未来，不追溯取消既有购买权利。

五、内容与知识产权 Content and intellectual property

We or our licensors retain rights in our original software, branding, materials and protected know-how. We do not claim exclusive ownership of traditional knowledge, public-domain material, third-party components or your own information. Subject to applicable law, you receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use purchased reports and may privately share them with advisers or people you lawfully choose.

我们或授权方保留原创软件、品牌、资料及受保护技术的权利；不主张传统知识、公有领域内容、第三方组件或您个人资料的专有权。在适用法律范围内，您可将所购报告用于个人非商业用途，并私下分享给顾问或合法选择的对象。

Do not resell reports, impersonate Guanming, extract protected prompts or copy protected content for competing services without permission, except where applicable law permits. Nothing prevents lawful criticism, complaints, regulatory reporting or use of evidence in a dispute. You retain rights in your submissions and permit processing needed to supply the requested service as described in the Privacy Policy.

未经许可，不得转售报告、冒充观命、提取受保护提示词或复制受保护内容用于竞争服务，法律允许的情况除外。此约定不妨碍合法评价、投诉、监管报告或争议举证。您保留提交资料的权利，并允许按隐私政策为提供所请求服务进行必要处理。

六、责任边界与消费者权利 Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms or any related policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law. This protection takes precedence throughout the agreement.

本条款及相关政策不排除、限制或修改依法不得排除、限制或修改的权利、保障、救济或责任，包括澳大利亚消费者法赋予的权利；此项保留在整个协议中优先适用。

We are responsible for supplying the promised service with the care and skill required by law. You remain responsible for independent decisions. We do not promise a particular life outcome, an error-free interpretation or uninterrupted access. These service limitations do not excuse misleading claims, a failure of consumer guarantees, our negligence or other liability that the law requires us to bear.

我们应依法以必要的谨慎和技能提供所承诺服务；您仍应独立作出个人决定。我们不承诺特定人生结果、完全无误的解读或不间断访问。这些服务边界不免除误导宣传、违反消费者保障、我们的过失或其他依法应承担的责任。

Liability is assessed under applicable law, including causation, reasonably foreseeable loss and any lawful requirement to mitigate loss. We do not require a blanket indemnity from consumers or cap non-excludable remedies at the purchase price. External outages will be assessed in light of our own obligations, including any delivery or refund rights.

责任依适用法律判断，包括因果关系、合理可预见损失及合法的减损义务。我们不要求消费者承担概括性赔偿担保，也不以购买金额限制不得排除的法定救济。外部故障仍须结合我们的交付及退款义务处理。

七、限制、终止与投诉 Restrictions, termination and complaints

We may take proportionate action for an actual or reasonably suspected material breach, fraud, a safety risk or a legal requirement. Where practicable and lawful we will explain the reason and allow review; urgent protective action may come first. Suspension alone does not confiscate prepaid rights. You may stop using the service and request account closure.

对于实际或合理怀疑的重大违约、欺诈、安全风险或法律要求，我们可采取相称措施。在可行且合法时说明原因并允许复核；紧急保护措施可先行采取。暂停账户本身不没收已付费权益。您可停止使用并申请关闭账户。

Email support@guan.life for service, age, safety, privacy or payment concerns. Include the relevant page or report reference and a short description; do not resend illegal content or unnecessary private information. Complaint handling and escalation appear in the Refund and Privacy policies. We will not penalise good-faith complaints or payment disputes.

服务、年龄、安全、隐私或支付问题请联系support@guan.life，说明相关页面或报告编号及简要情况，不要再次发送违法内容或不必要的私密资料。处理与外部投诉渠道见退款及隐私政策；善意投诉或支付争议不构成处罚理由。

八、更新与法律 Updates and law

Material changes will be notified before they affect your ongoing service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Urgent legal or safety changes may apply sooner. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued purchase rights. Where fresh consent is required, continued use alone is not a substitute. If you disagree, stop new use and contact us about existing purchases.

影响持续服务的重大变更将在适用前通知，并在可行时给予合理提前通知；紧急法律或安全调整可提前实施。变更不追溯取消已产生的购买权利；需要重新取得同意时，继续使用本身不替代同意。不接受变更可停止新使用，并联系我们处理既有购买。

New South Wales law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory laws that apply to you. Courts in New South Wales may hear disputes without limiting any mandatory rights to another court, tribunal, regulator or complaint scheme. An unenforceable term does not displace the rest. Chinese and English are intended to have the same meaning; an inconsistency will not be used to reduce mandatory consumer rights.

本条款适用新南威尔士州法律，但不排除对您适用的强制性法律。争议可提交新州法院，不限制依法向其他法院、仲裁庭、监管或投诉机制寻求救济的权利。个别约定无效不影响其余合法约定。中英文旨在表达相同含义；不得利用翻译差异减少强制性消费者权利。
