一、范围与联系 Scope and contact

This Policy explains how Daotoday Pty Ltd handles information in Guanming. Contact support@guan.life about access, correction, deletion or privacy concerns. The Australian Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles apply where the business and processing fall within their scope; this notice does not claim a regulatory certification or waive protections that apply to you.

二、我们处理哪些信息 Information handled

Account and contact details include adult eligibility declarations, policy versions and confirmation times, as well as email, user identifiers, login/session information, preferences and support correspondence. Birth inputs may include name or label, date, time, calendar, gender, birthplace, coordinates and time zone, together with calculated charts and interpretations.

账户和联系资料包括成人资格声明、政策版本及确认时间，以及邮箱、用户标识、登录会话、偏好及客服往来。出生输入可能包括姓名或标签、日期、时间、历法、性别、出生地、坐标及所在时区，并产生排盘与解读资料。

When using chat, we process messages, conversation history, summaries, feedback and associated reports. Enabled voice or paired-device features may process audio or text submitted for speech, device identifiers and control settings. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive details or information about minors. AI inferences may be inaccurate and remain information about you where you are identifiable.

使用聊天时，会处理消息、历史、摘要、反馈及关联报告。启用的语音或配对设备功能可能处理为语音提交的音频或文字、设备标识及控制设置。请勿提交不必要的敏感资料或未成年人信息。AI推断可能不准确，但在能够识别个人时仍属于与该人有关的信息。

We receive payment status, order references and information needed for reconciliation or disputes; card credentials are handled by payment providers. Technical information can include IP addresses, browser/device data, timestamps, request logs and security events. Analytics may use cookie or device identifiers, page/activity data, referral sources and approximate location; this is not necessarily anonymous.

我们接收支付状态、订单编号及对账或争议所需资料；支付卡凭据由支付机构处理。技术信息可能包括IP地址、浏览器或设备资料、时间、请求日志及安全事件。统计可能使用Cookie或设备标识、页面和活动、来源及大致地区，不能一概视为匿名信息。

三、来源与用途 Sources and purposes

Information comes from you, someone lawfully acting for you, your device, authentication/payment providers and service-generated records. We use relevant information to authenticate accounts, calculate charts, supply reports and chat, process purchases, provide support, maintain safety, investigate faults or disputes and meet applicable obligations. Required inputs are identified in the service; withholding them may prevent that feature from working.

资料来自您、合法代您操作的人、设备、鉴权或支付机构及服务生成的记录。相关资料用于登录认证、排盘、报告与聊天、付款、客服、安全、故障或争议调查及履行适用义务。服务会指出必要输入，不提供可能导致对应功能无法使用。

A requested reading or conversation sends relevant inputs and context to the selected AI processor. Do not assume a conversation is legally privileged or a confidential professional consultation. Providing someone else’s data requires their informed permission or another lawful basis. Publishing this policy is not a substitute for consent where consent is required.

请求解读或聊天时，相关输入与上下文会发送给所选AI处理方。请勿将对话视为享有法律特权的交流或保密专业咨询。提供他人资料须有知情许可或其他合法依据；需要同意时，发布本政策不替代取得同意。

四、服务商与境外处理 Providers and overseas processing

Depending on the feature and deployment, processors may include Supabase (accounts/database), Vercel and Railway (hosting), Anthropic, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, DeepSeek or OpenRouter and its selected model providers (AI), Stripe/Airwallex (payments), Resend (email), and Google Analytics (website statistics). Only providers involved in a particular feature receive the relevant data; this list does not mean every provider receives every record.

按功能及部署配置，服务商可能包括Supabase（账户及数据库）、Vercel与Railway（托管）、Anthropic、阿里云Model Studio、DeepSeek或OpenRouter及其所选模型提供方（AI）、Stripe/Airwallex（支付）、Resend（邮件）和Google Analytics（统计）。仅参与对应功能的服务商接收相关资料，不表示每家都会接收所有记录。

Processing may occur outside Australia, including in the United States, Singapore and, where a China-based AI service is used, China. Payment, hosting and routing providers may use additional regions and subprocessors. Actual locations and retention depend on the configured service and applicable contract. Contact us before submitting data if a processing country matters to you; we will seek the available information rather than promise Australian-only or zero-retention processing.

处理可能发生在澳洲境外，包括美国、新加坡，以及使用中国境内AI服务时的中国。支付、托管和路由服务商可能使用其他地区及分包商。实际地区和留存取决于所配置服务和适用合同。如处理国家对您重要，请提交前联系我们，我们会核实可取得的信息，不承诺仅澳洲处理或零留存。

We remain responsible for our applicable privacy obligations when using processors. This notice does not ask you to waive cross-border protections. Relevant provider policies include Supabase, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Resend, Stripe and Google.

使用服务商不解除我们适用的隐私义务；本说明不要求放弃跨境保护。服务商政策链接供了解其处理方式，不能代替本平台自己的义务。

五、披露与分享 Disclosure and sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Relevant disclosures may be made to service providers, recipients you select, advisers assisting a legitimate dispute, or authorities where required or permitted by law. Do not publish another person’s report without authority. Once you share or download a copy, we may not be able to recall copies held by recipients.

我们不出售或出租个人资料。相关披露可能面向服务商、您选择的接收者、协助合法争议的顾问，或依法要求或允许的机关。未经授权不要公开他人报告；您分享或下载后，我们可能无法收回接收者持有的副本。

六、保留与删除 Retention and deletion

Different records have different retention needs. Account and report records support the service; transaction, security and dispute records may need to be retained for legitimate and applicable legal purposes. Account closure restricts access and triggers removal or redaction of supported content; it does not instantly erase every record, processor log or backup. We assess deletion requests and explain necessary exceptions.

不同记录有不同保留需要。账户及报告用于提供服务；交易、安全及争议记录可能为合法目的及适用法律要求保留。关闭账户会限制访问，并触发对所支持内容的删除或清除；不表示所有记录、服务商日志或备份即时消失。我们会评估删除请求并说明必要例外。

You may request account closure, deletion of particular content or clarification of retention through support. We take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information no longer needed for a lawful purpose, subject to applicable retention requirements. A deletion request is not an automatic refund request; refund rights remain separately available.

您可通过客服请求关闭账户、删除特定内容或了解保留情况。对于不再为合法目的需要的资料，我们采取合理删除或去标识措施，但须遵守适用留存要求。删除申请不自动等同退款申请，退款权利可另行主张。

七、统计、存储与邮件 Analytics, storage and email

The app uses browser storage or cookies for sessions and preferences. When enabled, Google Analytics uses identifiers and activity data for statistics; IP handling by Google does not make all analytics data anonymous. We do not intentionally send birth inputs, report text or email addresses as analytics event fields. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google’s analytics opt-out tool. Disabling necessary storage may affect login; disabling analytics does not remove service entitlements.

应用使用浏览器存储或Cookie保存会话及偏好。启用Google Analytics时，标识和活动资料用于统计；Google对IP的处理不等于所有统计资料匿名。我们不会有意将出生输入、报告正文或邮箱作为统计事件字段发送。您可通过浏览器管理Cookie或使用Google统计停用工具；禁用必要存储可能影响登录，禁用统计不取消服务权益。

Service messages may concern login, purchases, delivery or security. Marketing messages require an applicable lawful consent basis and an unsubscribe option. You may use the unsubscribe link or contact support; requests to stop marketing are actioned within 5 working days. Stopping marketing does not stop essential service messages.

服务邮件可能涉及登录、付款、交付及安全。营销邮件须有适用的合法同意依据并提供退订。您可通过退订链接或联系客服停止营销，我们在5个工作日内处理；退订营销不停止必要服务通知。

八、成人限定与儿童资料 Adults only and children’s data

Guanming’s personalised service is restricted to people aged 18 or over and currently excludes personalised readings about minors, even at a parent’s request. Age declarations are self-reported and do not guarantee independent verification. If you believe a minor has accessed the service or their information has been submitted, contact support. We will review, restrict inappropriate processing and address removal and any payment issues, subject to necessary legal or safety retention.

观命个性化服务仅限满18岁者使用，目前不提供未成年人个性化解读，即使由父母提出也不例外。年龄声明属于自行报告，不保证独立核验。发现未成年人使用或其信息被提交，请联系客服；我们将核查、限制不适当处理，并处理删除及付款问题，但保留必要法律或安全记录。

九、安全、权利与投诉 Security, rights and complaints

We use access controls and encryption in transit and take reasonable steps to protect information. No system is entirely secure. Notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. Where applicable, we assess suspected eligible data breaches and notify affected individuals and the regulator as required by law.

我们使用访问控制、传输加密等合理保护措施，任何系统均无法保证绝对安全。疑似未经授权访问请通知客服。对适用的数据泄露事件，我们依法评估并向受影响者及监管机构履行通知义务。

You may request access or correction, ask about deletion or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal may prevent the affected feature from continuing but does not retrospectively invalidate lawful prior processing. We may need proportionate identity confirmation. We do not describe deletion of every record as an unconditional statutory right.

您可请求访问或更正、了解删除安排，或撤回依赖同意的处理；撤回可能导致对应功能无法继续，但不追溯否定此前合法处理。我们可能要求相称的身份确认；删除全部记录并非无条件法定权利。

Complain first to support@guan.life and explain the concern and outcome sought. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and respond within 30 calendar days, explaining any delay. If dissatisfied or no response is received within 30 days, you may contact OAIC (1300 363 992), subject to its jurisdiction, or another applicable authority.

请先联系support@guan.life，说明隐私问题及希望如何解决。我们目标为2个工作日内确认、30个自然日内答复，并说明延误。如不满意或30天未获答复，可在OAIC权限范围内向其投诉（1300 363 992），或联系其他适用机关。

十、政策更新 Policy updates

We will publish revisions with a version date and notify material changes as appropriate before new processing takes effect. A changed policy does not itself authorise a new purpose or replace any legally required consent.

更新会注明版本日期；对于实质性改变，按情况在新的处理生效前通知。修改政策本身不授权新的目的，也不替代依法需要取得的同意。
